Barcelona, here we come!
From November 3–5, 2026, the Ice Rebus team will be attending Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC 2026) in Barcelona, Spain, connecting with technology leaders, businesses, city representatives, and innovators from around the world.
As a company developing connected ice vending technology for international markets, we’re looking forward to exploring new opportunities, exchanging ideas, and meeting potential partners interested in the future of unattended retail.
About Smart City Expo World Congress 2026
Smart City Expo World Congress is an international event dedicated to urban innovation and the technologies shaping the future of cities.
Held annually in Barcelona, the congress brings together representatives from the public and private sectors to discuss how technology, infrastructure, sustainability, and new business models can contribute to more connected and efficient urban environments.
The event provides an opportunity to discover emerging solutions, exchange knowledge, and establish connections across industries and international markets.
Connecting Unattended Retail with Smarter Infrastructure
As cities and retail environments evolve, convenience, accessibility, and connected technology are becoming increasingly important.
Unattended retail offers businesses another way to serve customers through self-service solutions that operate beyond traditional staffed hours.
At Ice Rebus, we develop and manufacture ice vending machines that combine on-site ice production, automated dispensing, and connected technology.
Through our proprietary V-CORE platform, operators can remotely monitor machine performance, access operational data, and manage key aspects of their ice vending operations.
With Ice Rebus technology present in more than 50 countries across six continents, we continue exploring how connected retail solutions can fit into different markets, locations, and customer needs.
