Ice Rebus at Split Tech City Festival 2026

Ice Rebus joined the 6th Split Tech City Festival at Žnjan as an official partner, spending the evening with people from across Split’s technology, startup, business, and entrepreneurial community. For us, the festival was an opportunity to connect beyond the digital space, meet people face to face, and give visitors the chance to see an Ice Rebus machine up close.

Bringing the Technology Into the Conversation

Ice Rebus operates across more than 50 countries, but Split remains the place where the company continues to design, develop, and build its technology. Events like Split Tech City create an opportunity to bring that work into a wider conversation. Throughout the evening, our team met visitors, answered questions, discussed technology and business, and shared more about how Ice Rebus works in real-world locations. Having a machine on site also allowed people to experience the product directly rather than only seeing it through presentations, photos, or videos.

Part of Split’s Growing Tech Ecosystem

Split Tech City Festival brings together people working across technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, design, business, and the wider startup ecosystem. For a company with an international footprint, staying connected to the community where much of the work begins still matters. Building globally does not mean becoming disconnected locally. The ideas, conversations, partnerships, and people around a growing technology ecosystem all contribute to the environment in which companies can continue to develop.

More Than a Product on Display

The conversations at Žnjan also reflected a broader direction within Ice Rebus. The physical machine is only one part of the system. Behind every connected Ice Rebus machine is technology that supports remote monitoring, operations, maintenance, and the continuous flow of information between machines and the wider network. As that network grows, so does the operational knowledge behind it.

This is increasingly central to how Ice Rebus thinks about the future of the company: not only as a machine manufacturer, but as a technology business building connected infrastructure across international markets.

Thank You, Split Tech City

Thank you to the Split Tech City team for another great edition of the festival, and to everyone who stopped by to meet the team, ask questions, and spend time with us during the evening. We enjoyed being part of it. And September continues.

Next stop for Ice Rebus is Innovate Split 2026, taking place on September 10–11 at Technology Park Split, where Founder & CEO Marsel Čuljak will take the stage with the talk “From Machine Builder to Intelligence Company.”
